I'm late posting... long day yesterday. Took Jacob and Nicole Lewis out. They were in town from some small town in Georgia (can't remember name) vacationing for a few days. I think they had a lot of fun! Also added a photo I just received of Philip & Tate Rassel from Atlanta a couple of weeks ago. They toughed out a hard evening with me.... it's the last time I remember it raining and TVA running four generators, but they still managed some quality fish.

I went grabbling today with my professional grabbling friends on Watts Bar (www.catfishgrabblers.com). The flatheads are definitely on the beds... we found fish in almost every hole we checked (biggest was 40#). But we only crossed paths with one blue cat. HOWEVER, as I always say here... I don't worry about the spawn because there are always fish transitioning on and off the bed. There will never be a time when every fish of any particular species is spawning at the same time.... hence, there are always fish to be caught, spawn or not.
We shot a story today on grabbling that will air on NewsChannel 9 sometime in July. I'll let you know when it's coming. It'll be good... we got some great action today.
drc... G3 sent me the "fancy shirt" with the boat. I just don't wear it much. Everytime I wear it folks ask me, "you fishing a tournament." You know how shy I am and hate drawing attention. emoAngel I just break it out for special occasions (and promotional photos emoBigsmile )
