Like most Tournaments It will depend on how many boats enter. From past tournaments I would say that the payouts will be good. For the less than average fisherman like myself there are the big fish hours that gives you a good shot at some money as well.

Who all is fishing this event? I'm surprised that this thread hasn't gotten more replies.

Gary, this is a very good tournament and is always well organized and run. The issue with this one is the entry is on the high side for around here and most of the guys on the CFF tournament side are not the ones who fork out $160.00 to fish a bass tournament. In short, most of us on here that post , talk often and participate regularly are mostly too cheap for that one. emoAngel Jmax

It isn’t that much more than a CBA ($40.00). And this one has an hourly big fish, CBA does NOT.

I agree, it is a good one. Most of the regulars of the CFF tournaments do not fish the CBA either. emoBigsmile Please don't take my comment wrong, it was not meant in a negative way, I was just answering why this post has not had much replies for Gary. I went through some of those same thought a few years back and this has been the on going pattern. Keep in mind, the CFFs are only $30 each. Low entry, low pay outs and spread winners, it is a different format that attracts a different type of bass angler most of the time. Both have their following. Jmax

I spoke to Brent Brady and he said that they already have over 30 teams signed up for this event which is more than what they had at this point last year. He said that most of the teams wait until Friday and sign up just prior to the pre-tournament meeting. Looks like they'll have a pretty good turn out for this one. I hope Eric and I can weigh enough to just make a decent showing.
