[Bumble Bee Kid]

FISHED THE DOGFIGHT OUT OF CHESTER FROST PARK LAST NIGHT. RAN UP RIVER TO MY FIRST SPOT CAUGHT 35 TO 40 FISH, THROWING A C-RIG OLE MONSTER WORM. ALSO CAUGHT SOME ON A T-RIG. JUNEBUG AND GRAPE COLORES. MOST FISH WHERE 12 TO 14 INCHERS. DID CATCH 3 KEEPERS, BOAT WAS SITTING IN 10FT OF WATER FISH WHERE IN 5 TO 6 FEET. TRIED A SPINNERBAIT HAD A FEW BITES BUT NO TAKERS. HAS ANYBODY ELSE BEEN CATCHING NUMBERS IN SHALLOW WATER YET?

no numbers but I did boat a 14.5 incher with a spinnerbait in about 3 ft of water on saturday morning while it was still raining.

rrigsby and I went out last night and tried to fish shallow(er) water than the humps that we have been fishing. Prior to dark we fished some grass areas and didnt see anything or have any bites. After dark we fished some rocky 7-8 ft. banks and HE caught a couple good keeper smallies, I had one keeper into the boat and it flopped out. He took me to school last night on the spinner bait!

35-40 fish, good Lord Bumble Bee, were you throwing a siene net or a C-rigged worm. Great report.
