the motor is a great motor had water pump,motor mounts,lower unit svced,carbs rebuilt and i have the invoices of were i had the work done i bought a nother boat and do not need this motor the boat floats but that is abought it i can crank it and let you hhear it run it shifts gears verry smoothly it has been setting in my back yard for abought 3 monthes not used and it also has a new prop on it and you can hae the controlls im going to turn the trailer into a utility trailer i just put new tires and wheel bearings on it i will consider trades
