Any local dealers carry them, Bill?

A neat feature is the loaded chamber indicator.
Bill
Yeah-my Ruger has that, good thing to know!

Shouldnt it always be loaded if its for self protection.

To answer your question-yes, the gun should be loaded (in this case the clip) What Bill meant was there is a warning devise to let you know there is a round in the chamber and ready to fire at the pull of the trigger.

I do have one question though. After a little online research I would be interested to hear from you about the trigger pull after you try it out. Comments are common on other forums about the DOA trigger pull being so heavy that it really renders the sidearm nearly useless. One compared it to a "bumper jack attached to a 1947 buick" ! Hope it's not that bad.
Anyway if you could advise us on that it would be most helpful coming from an actual CFF member.
Thanks again Bill

That frame/slide/grip sure appear to be well made and robust. Are you finding these CDNN or a similar site ? Also someone mentioned seeing the P-64 locally ? Maybe $10 more ?

UPDATE
I have re-blued the slide, changed out the hammer and recoil springs and added a Houge handall grip sleeve. This pistol is now ready for a small diet of Hornady Critical Defense to test for reliability/accuracy. It is small enough that it will fit in your pants pocket and won't print as to let people know you are armed.
