ABA D-30 reminder (Results added)

ABA D-30 will be fishing this weekend on Chickamauga from safe-light until 4:00 pm eastern standard time. Due to the county fair we will be launching and weighing at Wolftever Bridge. Sorry for the short notice! For more information please feel free to contact me at 706-280-0711 or go to the ABA link below. Please keep in mind that this is not a buddy tournament. It is a draw format and all boaters are guaranteed to fish from their own boat. Entry fee is $75 and ABA membership is $25 if you need to join or renew.

RE: ABA D-30 reminder and ramp change for 9/28/2013

I just wanted to everyone know that my plaque maker has donated 2 additional plaques for each tournament this season, so we will be giving out plaques for 1st, 2nd, 3rd and Big Fish for every 2014 tournament. I also have some other random draw packages to give out Saturday such as JJ's Magic, a package from Xtreme custom baits and AZUMA hardbaits.

RE: ABA D-30 reminder and ramp change for 9/28/2013

With the smallest crowd since the start of this division over three years ago we're hoping to rebound in November with a bigger crowd. I had several guys call last week and said they were fishing Saturday that didn't show. We only had eight competitors show up Saturday with pretty tough fishing conditions for us with no one weighing a five fish limit. With the eight competitors we only paid two places. Congratulations to Greg Lamb for his win and big fish honors. Greg had not fished with us in over a year and I was glad to have him come back and compete with us again.

1st. Greg Lamb 15.60 lbs and a 5.14 big fish.
2nd Gary Carter 9.63 lbs
