There were some great bags. I couldn't imagine getting drawn as the co-angler to fish with Gerald Swindle. That would have to be incredible, I think I would be watching more than fishing.

Swindle? He is a nice guy but I think you would have learned more fishing with Buddy, Rogie or Greg.

swindle drew billy poppas from dayton...he is in my club..he also checked...he said it was a great day and he had never seen anyone fish as hard as swindle or carry on a conversation like only swindle can..it was a day he will never forget..lots of guys from around here where there...i thought wofford would cash but no money for 18.07 tells you how the place fished..i shared water with surman and mann jr. but the place was beat to death..i was the first there and within 30 minutes i counted 11 boats there before the flw boys showed up..none of us stayed to long ( me longer than i should) but thats fishing..had two nice ones on that come unbuttoned...guess i should have fished more over the winter..lol..the key was the greener grass and the river ended up being the better bite and i stayed in the creeks..{stupid}...anyway see everyone at the chick and remember the dayton bass clubs starts the second sat in march...any questions call me {scott} 423-779-4419

I was on fire early that morning catching my limit in less than 30 minutes. The bad news is that they were all 2 and 3 lbers.... and that got me nothing but a long ride home. LOL I will call ya tonight man.

Ole Jerry lives in Crider's this time of year... saw him Monday there. He's awesome, and spends a lot of time on the water. Nice bags guys...

big fish was 6.80 , brandon roop had a 6.68 and ther was three people left to weigh and guess what he had a 6.80 , thats the way the cookie crumbles. as to what scott was saying about billy drawing swindle , billys words were " he was amazed at how nice of a guy he was " what a treat for billy . . . . congrats to the locals .
