AC duct work

may have to have mine replaced. builder/contractor did not finish foundation. it was located under deck so it was out of site. Needless to say, ever critter known to man has been in my crawl space and taken up residence. Home inspector....what a lying POS. Anyway, know anyone that does this type of work? thanks.

You need to expose those two miscreants for who they are, bottom feeders of the construction industry. The county commission just voted to allow more density/smaller lot size on new developments out in hooterville and pushed hard by ex mouthpiece of the CPD dougie fisher, now head mouthpiece of the HBAGC and his developer buddies bell, issa and the rest who would cover every square inch of Chickamauga lake with house's and black top if they were allowed too.

With that yes vote, 1000 new houses will be built along the small, narrow, two lane road known as ooltewah/ringgold road that already has gridlock at every intersection, every work day. Add all the school buses/soccer moms headed to school and it will be a nightmare. The five commish who voted for the debacle
are drooling over the million's in tax revenue that will be misspent on their own pet projects while infrastructure improvements won't improve until 10-15 years later. Just remember, fairbanks said NO TREATMENT PLANT will be built at old McDonald farm.

For all of those who just HAVE to live out there, deal with it or move as you'll get no sympathy from most of us.
