O my emoBawl I hate to hear that. I've never seen a dam up close and today was the first time I went to the Chick. Dam and was amazed at the amount of people out on boats right next to the flush...It was insane...My prayers are with the fellow fisherman and his family tonight. emoAngel

I believe this was above the dam though, but yes Exodus, below when they are running so much water can be hazzardous if your not paying attention.

Lake Drowning Victim Was Cleveland Man posted June 5, 2008 Chattanooga Police have identified Wednesday’s drowning victim as 40-year-old Andrew Christy of Cleveland, Tn. Mr. Christy's body was found Wednesday after a Federal Express driver noticed a body floating near the shore line. A preliminary review of the body showed injuries to the head that may be consistent with a fall, police said. The victim’s body was taken to the Hamilton County Medical Examiner’s Office for an autopsy. The true cause of death is pending a medical examiner’s report, officials said. </p>
