I've got a Minn Kota Foot-controlled trolling motor and I'm trying to figure out how to adjust where it's aiming with the level I'm pressing the pedal. When the arrow is pointing straight out, I've got the toe of the pedal pressed nearly all the way forward... pressing it all the way forward it only aims at about 1:00, so for me to turn right, I have to step on the back of the pedal and move it all the way around counterclockwise to aim it right.... then to move forward again... press the pedal forward all the way around back to 12:00 ... any ideas???

Thx!

Should have a large wing nut looking thing almost to the top or the TM. Loosen it and put the pedal where you want it and then while holding it still, turn the motor , by hand, where you want it.
Straight on mine is flat on the pedal. Pretty normal position.

Thx! .... I had been looking at the pedal.... I can't believe it was this obvious. I thought that wingnut hickey adjusted how low the prop was.

Fixed now.... Thx again!
