Advertisement with sound?

Is it just me or has anyone else been reading the forums and music starts playing from the ad? Perhaps I do not know how to block them. I am not that much computer knowledgeable. Anyone know how to block/stop them from playing? Thanks for your feed back.

Kingfish, It was happening to me a few weeks back but has stopped. I think it was a add that if you moused over it you would activate it get the music ect.... without actually clicking on it.
