Afternoon on the chick 2/27/2007

We took off work a little early today, to go fishin. We put in about 2:00pm and fished a couple hours around the dam, we threw rattle traps, bandits, jigs and spinnerbaits with the spinnerbait being the most productive with one fish 1 1/2 to 2lb first for the yearemoSmile and the first in my brand new to me used boat with a blowed up motor.
All is well though the sun was shining the water is warming up I caught a fish and my boat is going to the hospital tomorrow for 3weeks emoBang.

Oh me! Sorry to hear about the boat illness. Mine is in there just getting a little checkup. Be back out tomorrow if I'm lucky.

Yes, shad color and chrome blades water temp was 53 - 56 water depth, around 5'

Nice fish. Sure sorry to hear about the boat troubles. Maybe it'll be something real simple.

I wish it was simple, but it the #3 cylinder and the water pump. The boat set for six years and the guy I bought it from don't know much more about boats than I do and this one is my firstemoScratch

Thanks for the help I struggled there for a bit, and I'm quite fond of the hat myself, I believe it's a keeper.

That's a beautiful pic there CnL. Sorry to hear about the boat though. I know how you feel as I've had two motors rebored at one time or another. Let's hope that they can finish it quickly for you.
