No.

Incorrect. An FFL dealer cannot sell to anyone under 21, an individual can sell to another individual as long as they are not under 18 and can legally own a gun, and they are in the same state. I'd still do so with caution, 18 yr olds can do stupid stuff sometimes, to young to own a hand gun in my opinion.

Oops, read it as under 18 for some reason.

The law only states they can't be a minor to poses a handgun. I personally would not even consider selling a pistol to someone under age 21. In fact I prefer not to sell a handgun to anyone who doesn't have a carry permit. I would sell it to his parent though..... I doubt its worth the trouble or liability on your part to sell it directly to him.

I owned handguns @ 18 but they were given to me by family.

i had a interested buyer sayin he would take it. wether or not its legal it dont really know he told me he was 18 after some research many strongly negative comments about selling to under 21 i choose not to. i dont want to put myself in jeopardy of a decision someone has made. btw its a springfield xd 40

I am under 18. And really it just depends on the person. I was raised around guns and i know the dangers of them. I have handguns. I shoot guns. But some people are not responsible to own a gun. Some people dont know the risk of them. But really i dont know if i would sale a hand gun to someone 18 if i was you.
