can anyone tell me how to bleed a airbladder

BBass is right, there was something. The basic idea is to take a short piece of pvc pipe, maybe 1/2" diameter, smooth the ends, and gently slide it down the gullet until you hear the air release.

Be careful releasing air by sticking bass in the side, there is a chance of doing more harm than good. Below is a link that describes how to use a needle going thru the mouth that I have seen work great for the past 2 or 3 years. The thread starts out talking about livewell care but gets into releasing air from the air bladder further down.
