aluminum boat scratch repair and general motor tune up

I have a Lowe painted aluminum boat with a 115 mecury optimax (2007 model). I need a general tune up/yearly maintenance on the motor, and some scratch repair on the boat. The scratches came from the boat being tied up next to a block wall, and my son jumping off into the water causing it to bump over and over into the blocks (the rubber bumper slipped down...). I hope they can be buffed out enough to where they don't look so bad, by someone that knows what they are doing. Picture attached.</p>

I would like to be able to drop the boat off and have all of it done at once, but the body work thing has thrown me off and this might not be possible.</p>

Any suggestions?</p>
