OK...don't answer that. Took the afternoon off to make my first boat launching and LOOK AT THE WIND! Oh well, I've got to put it in the water it's killing me. Anyone else out today?

go put in around harrison bay. it is somewhat prtected from north and south winds. and of course wolftever is very protected.

I went catfish huntin at noon on chick and it was rufffffff!!!!!!! Could not drift without the trolling motor to slow us down. Basically got blown all over the place. Marked a bunch of fish but had a real hard time staying on them and could not get bit. Hope everyone else has better luck.

Well...I chickened out! Went to HBSP and it just didn't look good. Saw a guy try to step out of his boat and onto the dock, missed the dock and fell in the water. Poor guy...hope that wasn't one of ya'll. Had a couple people honk at me on the road...probably thinking it was Ranger Rob...hehe. Went to Wolftever and spoke to a few fellers and decided it just wasn't the right time to try anything. Going to the dam ramp (above) tomorrow morning for some crappie. Hope everybody stayed safe today!

I honked at you on hwy 58; I was in the maroon tacoma. I don't blame you for not putting in. The hardest times I have had loading is during high wind, especially at the riverpark where a western wind pushes the boat so much. I'm sure you'll get a chance here soon. emoThumbsup
