Bump. Just ran the numbers and if you get an FHA loan your total payment...including taxes, PMI and insurance should be right around $725/ month....based on a 4% interest rate. Guys, you will have a hard time finding a 2 bedroom apartment for that. Best of all, this thing is only 5 minutes from a boat ramp!
