Looks like that one requires to have 300,000 of insurance to fish. I think mine is a million but it would be something else to keep up with. The other one didn’t say it had that requirement. If I read it right.

Hang on guys! I put Tim Long on this yesterday afternoon and Mr. Tim has been in contact with the Tn. Department of Parks and Recreation and has been told that THEY don't think HB can do this! He is to receive a call today around 1pm to get clarification!

The guy from Recs. and Parks did call Tim and told him this is being implemented at all Tn. State Parks! That the law is now on the books for them to do so.They have been trying to do this for the past three years.

I think we can get thru this year if we stay out of state parks. Next year we may have to get insurance
