Any input on it could be (Central Heat)

My air unit started blowing just regular air through the vents last night, I have it set at 74 but it's not warming at all. Any idea's would be great, just hate to call the a/c people

I did HVAC for several years before going back into school and getting into computers. First you need to tell us if it is a heat pump or gas. Also is it a package unit (everything outside except the duct) or a split system (Condensing unit outside, air handler inside, connected by 2 copper pipes) If you need a HVAC guy, my dad has been in the business for 30 years, and I know he is honest. Check the breaker outside. Is the compressor and fan still running on the unit outside? It seems like the freon would still be good if it just quit working all of a sudden. How old is it?

Also check to see if it is freezing up, could be the defrost timer, relay, low on freon, compressor, condensing fan.

Make sure the filter is good and that nothing is stacked in front of or on top of filter grille. Low air flow can cause one to freeze up in a hurry.
