Anybody hiring??!!

Hey guys I know times are tough for everybody but has anybody got anything open? I graduated from Georgia Southern in May 2011 and can't seem to find a "decent" job. My degree is in GIS, but I don't care if my job is in that field or not. I have applied to probably 300+ jobs in the last 18 months. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Go to the Employment Security offices in TN and GA. I think that you can also go online for them. They have job listings. You can even access the ES offices of other states- you might not want to limit yourself to this area. Have you checked with Volkswagen in Chattanooga? Whirlpool in Cleveland? Good luck!

Wesley, sorry to hear that you're having a hard time finding a job. This problem is an unfortunate reality for many and I hope things turn around for you soon. I normally check indeed.com and dice.com , they usually have a few postings and you can search by area as well.

Mc Kee (little debbie) is hiring alot right now. Go to mckee.com or littledebbie.com, you having a degree will be a big plus and they are very good to work for. i have been there 15 years, and well worth the drive
