anybody know the facts ?

rumors , rumors , does any one know for certain about the water levels. when for sure are they gonna drop the water , i know in years past it starts the middle of october and progreses from there. there are rumors they arent dropping the water this year till mid november ???? talking to a guy the other day at my store and he said he read were they were not dropping it at all , dont know were he read it, if any body knows any truthfull lol, information will be greatley appriciated, thanks
