Anybody scouting yet

I been going up on the mt here in Ga for the last few weeks bear scouting. Found allot of sign and saw several bears. I had a sow put me on the move twice. We walked up on three cubs and couldn't see the mama. All of a sudden she come tearin thru the woods and well so did we. She didn't come far just wanted us to get away from her cubs. We waited awhile and went back that way again(cause we wanted to check an area out) and we her hear coming again makin all the noise she could make. That was a rush. So we let them alone that time.

I hope to get one with my bow if not maybe the first gun hunt. Be nice to have one mounted or a rug.

We also found some deer sign and allot of hog sign. Small game opens up in a week or so and we may go up and hunt pigs with my muzzel loader.

I went up yesterday evening and saw a cub. As soon as it saw us it took off probably torward it's mama. I hope papa bear is around in a few weeks.
