I got a new 55" Samsung 8000 3D back in July. After much research and waiting thru the changes from LCD-LED-3D technology it was a long time till I pulled the trigger and bought one. I really had no serious interest in the 3-D but the price for one with 3-D was 400$ cheaper than one without. I shopped for a good price and finally got one from Amazon.</p>
It came with Blu-Ray 3-d player,glasses and the Monsters and Aliens movie. I hadn`t really thought about it much...had enough to do with setting up the TV to Internet,wireless network , new home theater....and worked quite a bit of overtime since August.</p>
Last Saturday I was watching Tennessee men B-Ballers whuppin up on Pittsburg and kept hearing the commentators talk about they were shooting in 3-D...showed the cameras a couple times. I thought..... HMMMMMM ......this might be worth digging out the Glasses and stuff and seeing what it looked like....</p>
All I can say was COOOOOOOLLL!!!. It took about 2-minutes put the little nickle battery in the glasses and find the right channel .... Seems like it took about a minute for everything to get in sync....then just amazing depth......really coooolll !!!</p>
