Thinking about going next Sunday just for a change of scenery. Never been and looking for some info on what to throw/target there this time of year. Any info is appreciated.
Topwater bite should be picking up. Tims Ford State Park ramp is a good place to launch mid lake. Try different bank types & cover. Once you figure out where they are, it should be easy to duplicate the pattern.
Took a school team there Saturday the 21st and man it was tuff.these boys usually can catch em out of a mud hole but didn't have any luck only couple shorts a piece. All the locals said it has been real tuff lately.
