anyone ever ordered king crab legs?

reading RSimms post about his lobsters gave me an idea. My folks are visiting DC next week, and to celebrate a late fathers day i was thinking of ordering some giant king crab legs from alaska for Dad, as crab is about his (and mine) favorite food. these things are definitely not cheap, but i thought would be a pretty cool gift. has anyone ordered these before?

"I've ordered from Joe's stone crab in miami and had them overnighted here to the house for a anniversary a couple years ago. Pretty expensive but really good stone crabs.

Altough frozen in most cases, Kroger's King crab legs are generally pretty good.

After a little more poking around, i found a wholesale food distributor here that has a small retail section, and i can get fresh crab for about 1/3 the price of ordering online, so i think i'll go that route.

Sam's Club has the best price for really big ones and they are the bomb!!!!

Place is called Slavin's and Sons. They are apparently a wholesaler that sells to the restaurants around here (metro DC area), and they keep a fresh stock of all kinds of fish and seafood. Thanks for the replies folks.
