Anyone hear this rumor about Humminbird?

Just learned from a buddy already at the BASSmaster Classic in Shreveport, Louisiana that Humminbird is having Press Conference on Thursday afternoon. Anybody heard anything about this? I'm trying to find out more info but this is all I know right now...Wonder what's going on???

I don't. I just talked to a buddy with Media Credentials and he said the BASSmaster Press Conferences are scheduled for 11Am to 3PM Central. And this is where the Anglers are interviewed and sponsors can make major industry announcements. I'm working the Humminbird Booth and know nothing yet...got calls in but I'm going to get up early to make the Press Conference. Hopefully I'll find out more tomorrow.

I had an email about it this morning. They didn't say what it was, just that I would get another email with a live link on Thursday.

All they will tell me is we have something new coming from Humminbird. But they won't say what. But they are going to have a Live Feed so those that cannot make it to the show can see it unvieled. I'll post the link once they get that set-up today.

I bet they've won the race with Lowrance, finally getting a fish finder to signal, only bass. Each species has an electrical field, around it. All are very close but different and they may have finally gotten their electrioncs, to pick and chose certain species.
Hummingbird has got a bass chip.
