Im looking for a few deep cycle batteries that no longer hold charge or very little charge ? that you dont want ? within 15 miles of Soddy Daisy Area

I found some info on reconditioning batteries on the web .. I wanted a few old deep cycle batteries to try it on, Crossville is a ways away .. shame Im still not doing Dell service work I was in Spenser pretty often .. now I rarely get that way

did you read something about surging the batteries? I saw something on ebay about it and was wondering if it would work on my power tool batteries

Reconditioning auto and marine batteries .. removes the built up crap on the plates, which is what causes the battery not to hold full charge .. you remove the buildup, then the battery is good for at least another yr generally .. from what I have read.
I have not yet tried it .. I have 3 auto batteries I can try it on but wanted a couple deep cycles to try too.. here is the one of them I want to try .. there are others http://www.chinadepot.com/batripod.html
