The boat is a Ranger. The boat has been over here for over 2 years now. His last promise to pick up date has been 14 months past and the bill owed is $325 but he is being charged $10 a day for the 14 months. He either needs to pay the bill or write me out a bill of sale. Problem I am having is it is his fathers boat and it is registered in GA. I had one of my police buddy run the number and he is unable to find out ownership. But it is not stolen! So if anyone know of someone who can find this information out for me, I would greatly appreciate it.

Just looked at People Search......White Pages. There are about 6 Robert Worrens listed, in Soddy area.

James did you ever find Robert Wooten or get that mess straightened out?

I did not find Robert but my buddy that is a Seq county officer was able get information that I did not have access to and he found his brother who actually owns the boat. I was able to contact him and he came and got the boat out of my hair. Thanks for asking!
