Temp is falling last night, today and tonight, but then it starts going up from there. The lake has jumped two foot in the last 24 hours and is still rising. emoBang Nothing stable about anything. About the only thing normal about it all is that it is not consistent water conditions which is consistent with the Chick this time of year. ;) I look for someone to get on a really good bite on this one. Would not surprise me to see a 30+ lb five fish limit take it. Last year Chuck and Brad James took this one with 27.84 lbs. emoWorthy you had the haves and the have nots. I was a have not. emoBigsmile I am going to say Buddy Gross and partner will win this one with 29.23 lbs. emoTongue

Here is the James gang last year. emoThumbsup

Boy! This is the most quite I have seen this bunch. 64 views so far and not one person has expressed an opinion. emoEek I thought for sure someone would chime in with Rogne by now. You guys asleep at the wheel? Must be all the excitement and jubilation in the James gang picture above that is showing in their faces over the win. emoBigsmile emoPoke Jmax

Rig won't play this week. Think the weights will be lower this year too. No idea who will pull it off but I'll say 26.5 will win.

Don't think the the rig is going to be a player with all the rain and muddy water that we are dealing with right now. I think the weights will definitely be lower this year.

My guess is 25lb and it could be anyones game.

The whole lake appears to be one big mud puddle. The rig and jerks are going to be less an issue like has been said. May cause the weights to be way down. We shall see.

Been alot of pressure on the lake the last few weeks plus high and muddy water I think will bring the weights down. Still gonna say Rogie with 25 and change

You and Derek still fishing CBA Jmax? I know he said some of them would conflict with high school tourneys.

Yep, he will miss the first two. I am signing him up as my partner and fishing solo. You can do that twice a year in the CBAs and the person still gets the points for it as long as the partner fishing fishes by himself. He and Chase have a high school tournament down at the G tomorrow. I hope they do well. emoThumbsup Jmax

I always lean towards Rodge. The odds are in his favor anyway/ I say Rodge with 22.9. Weights will be down. 13# will make the money. (I'm a pessimist ), lol.

I agree as well that weights will be lower too. I would say 24.60. Heck I've noticed Nickajack has been weighing in betterry bags latley. I don't think the heartland have broke 23lbs yet. It's been an off winter for sure, at least it has for me.

Tom K and his dad Tom K won it with 27 pounds. I left early but there were some good weights today by some. I had a limit but they were small. I struggled for the most part. Glad to just be able to weigh in five. emoAngel Jmax
