I am replacing my benches with some new ones and need to find a good home for these. They are white, but nice showroom anymore. They really dont have any tears to speak of, they were made with a really heavy vinyl. One bench is a full length seating with a folding aluminum frame an full length back-rest. Its hard to explain how it fits in the boat, but is designed to be easily removable. The other seat has a full length back-rest, and two half sized seats, and fits on a wood cabinet that was handbuilt. its a HEAVY base, probably from being waterlogged, but its not really got any rot to speak of. I will try and get some pics of these, but if your interested, lets make a deal!
