If you have never taken the time while fishing out on the Chick to tie up at the Dock at Aris' to get lunch it is worth a stop. My friends that come down from VA each year to fish on the Chick have made that stop a regular one on one of the days they are here. It really depends on what you get as to weather you are going to pay a $10 or a $20 for lunch. A sweet tea and a great burger with chips will run you less then a $10. emoThumbsup However if you want to really try their stuff I would recommend the buffalo shrimp appetizer with one of their 2 for $20 specials that you and your boating partner could split on the bill. They got some great onion rings, Nachos and several other great sides, appetizers and meals. Me and my better half like to go over there once in a while to have lunch while shopping at North Gate.
Just saw in the Sunday paper today that they are expanding their kitchen to offer more great offerings like pizza, calzones and other great sandwiches. With the weather as cold as it is it is a great place to take an hour to warm up while enjoying you some great lunch on a cold day fishing this time of year. emoToast Jmax
