Thanks for the PM's so far. I have not had time to respond but I will and will keep you folks in order of your request. I would like to schedule a date to meet and tour the property and discuss needs. Please PM me so I can use that as 1st come. I intend to keep the price as low as possible. A way to do so is to have members work cutting and clearing and building food plots. Seeds and fertilizer cost that you furnish may go to offset cost. Basicly, what I am trying to do is to set up for a group of friends who can work together as a unit to benifit us all and to have our awesome private hunting area.

I have been promissing to post a property discripton of the lease area. Ther it is:
Property Description

This property consists of approximately five hundred (500) acres of land. The property is located in the southern portion of Van Buren County in the State of Tennessee. It is located approximately two (2) miles west from state highway 111 along Trail of Tears Road also referred to as “Green Field Road”. The property extends from east to west approximately .07 miles and north from Trail of Tears Road approximately1.5 miles.
The property is covered mostly (approximately 80 %) in “clear-cut “ approximately nine years old and approximately 20 % in mixed mature hardwood timber and scrub timber. White oak trees are very abundant with a good crop of acorns this year. The clear-cut areas are divided into two types. One type is over head high with areas throughout for shooting lanes and open deer crossings. The other type extends across the entire east side where it burned off in the spring of 2009. The new growth is now averaging approximately waist high where visibility for sighting deer is limited only by distance and the rolling terrain. There are several creek bottoms both in the woods and through the clear cut areas. The creeks are wet year around. The area is located in the fork of Rockey River Gorge and Sample's Fork Gulf.
