here ya go bass 15. You sounded a bit desperate for something good.
Its not a fish/game recips, but try it and enjoy! ...easy
Mix equal parts soy sauce and worcestershire sauce, minced garlic to taste (we like alot---a couple teaspoons full), some paprika, and a bit of basil. also just experiment and find what spices you like.
marinate your pork chops in this for up to a day (I like to stab the chops all over to really let it soak up the marinade.
grill on low heat for 6-7 minutes each side. youll just have to keep checking/prodding to desired doneness.
tasitest, JUCIEST pork ive ever had.
this is what we ....(I) cook whenever we want to really impress friends!

Hell, everytime i try to impress my friends, i end up burning all the frenchfries!emoHoppingmad emoBigsmile That marinade sounds pretty good , i will have to try that out someday.

I like to use olive oil included with the spices. It seems to thicken it up and soaks in quicker.

I tried this marinade tonight and maybe its was just me but i didnt care for it. Followed the recipe to the tee, and marinaded it for 5 hours. There was just too much of a soy taste to it. Ended up slappin some bbq sauce on the chops and ate them. Hey josh if you like this kinda taste, try some allegro marinade. Its what i use on my steaks.

I never marinate any of the meat I cook - just like the taste of meat too good, I guess. Throw it on the grill, char the outside a little and vary the amount of cooking inside depending on what kind of meat, sprinkle on a little salt and eat. To each his own.

I do like BBQ but put the sauce on after cooking on the grill. Often put tougher venison in a crock pot with BBQ sauce for a while afrer grilling to make it more tender and juicy - same with ribs.

sorry the taste didnt suit you, hoggerhead. like ronnie said, to each his own. i may pick us some of that allegro stuff--if I ever exhaust my vast supply of dales steak sauce that is.
anyhow thanks for the feedback!

It wasnt terrible or nothing, my fiance actually loved the chops. Just my taste budds i guess. I bet i would like this marinade on a thick set of ribeyes. emoHungry
