was told this ran low on oil , it spins freely but seems to have no compression whatsoever .
the carb and intake are good as is the starter , I also have the muffler to go with it .
I know these usually interchange on the 17 1/2 hp and up to the 23 hp , maybe others .
Take $75 / trade on a 22 cal.
