Bait fish

Bait fish around middle lake has been scarce. Been wondering why. Pulled into along creek this week. And it was full of dead baitfish and the snow pelicans. They are eating alot of baitfish

Not sure, bait fish has been everywhere I have have been. About 5ft down to 20ft
