tried some baked fish last night, and MAN! It turned out pretty good. I took about 3 cups breadcrumbs, 1 cup parmesean cheese, 3 tbs of paprika and mixed them up well in a ziplock. Then pour 1/2 cup milk, with 3 tsp of salt mixed in, and dip the fillets...1 at a time, and coat well with breadcrumb mixture. If you do 1 at a time, it will turn out better. Spray some pam into a glass dish and place fillets evenly into dish. Drizzle LIBERALLY with butter, i like butter lol, and pop it in the oven. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes. Its not as good as fried, but its a good change up from the same old thing.
