Bakewell Buck

Anybody heard anything about this buck I was told it was taken in bakewell

I've seen deer that big up close to Watts Bar and I wouldnt be surprised if this one came from Dayton Mtn. I've seen some bruisers come off that mountain. Thats one heck of a deer no matter where it came from!

2 different bucks I think, both are great bucks! My neck is swollen!

that one was killed in the sale creek ridges the one that was kill in bakewell was on the mtn its wieght field dressed over 240 had 25 points but they was not all 1" long old school hand a ring point the deer in the pic has 23 points its weight was 183

The deer was killed in salecreek by Donald Wilson he lived in soddy but moved to dayton after he retired from hamilton county maintenance department, I worked with him he was a welder, That was one heck of a deer, And Donald was more than a little excited. Can't say i blame him. Congrats Don on a deer of a lifetime. I saw pix of the one killed on bakewell mtn it to was a deer of a lifetime and these guys really got some giants, But just remember they are still more out there So good luck guys and be safe.
