bank fishing help

i will be down on the 6th of april for a 2 hours and am looking for a close place to bank fish , i know nothing of the area ! so Help!! i will be in the area of hwy 27-29 and signail mtn road on pineville rd and looking for a bank close to there that i wont get lost finding !!and need to be able to stay close to the truck when the better half calls !!
any thoughts would be helpfull

I'm not very familiar with that stretch of river, but from the map it looks like your best bet might be to head up 27 towards Shoal Creek, Middle Creek, Sulphur Branch and The Suck. </p>

If I'm not mistaken, it's hard to find the water if you head towards town...lots of industry that direction. I'm sure someone will correct me if I'm wrong.</p>

Yea ive tried to get down to the water there and I couldnt do it.Your best bet probably would be to just go to one of the boat ramps down that way & just walk the banks from there.Let us know how you do.
