I hope yall enjoy. I had a few folks over to watch the SEC game and pig out. Forgot to get pictures of the moink balls, armadillo eggs or pig candy after they were cooked. Moink balls are freakin awesome and pig candy is mm mm good.
On the fatties, do you take the temperature of the outer layer, or are you looking for an internal temp? Seems like the stuffings are usually precooked, right?
I can't believe you served that up to your guests, I believe I would have kept it and served them some gut bombs from krystal. That is a yummy bunch of pictures.
