Barbecue report #2

My dad came to visit and go fishing after I have had such good luck bass fishing lately on live bait so I thought I would que up a pork butt or three along with some goodies to see what he thought. I started the WSM last night at 10:00 and put the butts on when temps stabilized by 11. went to bed at 1:00 with temps chugging along at 240ish. I take pictures for another forum I post on and I thought yall might like to drool on them too

I only see one thing you did wrong.... YOU DIDN'T INVITE ME!!!!! Man, how much better those pics would look if I were in a COUPLE of them! What's a guy gotta do to get a heads up when you smoke another butt man!?!??!?! Nice job! It's addictive isn't it?
