That's probably not what you WANTED, but it'll work. Not to shabby!!! Great showing Kim. Looked like some tough conditions for you gals. emoToast Now if you can get the merch bonuses, you'll be sitting pretty!!!!!emoPoke

Way to go Kim! Don't know ya but still proud of you. Sounds like you represented our area well and I look forward to hearing more good news about you soon.

Sorry I to so long to respond. I have had the flu. I didn't get out of bed for 2 days and after a trip to the doctor 4 prescriptions and couple more days of rest I'm feeling much better.

I missed a $26,000.00 boat by 6ozs. I haven't gotten over that yet. I had the fish on Friday that would have won it but lost it at the boat.

I fished with Sherry Glasgow the 1st day and we were never really around fish. I had 1 bite that produced 1 fish and Sherry managed 2 fish.

The second day I fished with Diana Clark from <state><place>Tennessee</place></state> and she was a lot of fun to fish with. She was on a morning bite had a limit by 10:00. I should have had a limit with her but it took me a little while to figure out the best way to fish the bait we were using. We were fishing a fishheadspin, but you had to drag it along the bottom like fishing a jig in 30+ feet of water. It took me awhile to figure that out and the bite had slow by then, but I did manage 3 fish.

The third day I fished with Pam Martin Wells and she was on a dock bite and never fished water over 15 feet. Pam had a shot at winning the Tx and I have learned when fishing as non-boater on the finally day with someone in contention don't expect to get a lot of opportunities to catch fish. Somehow I managed 3 fish on a tx rigged trick worm off bush piles in front of docks. I got to fish from some very interesting positions that day….lol

Thanks for the update Kim! I'm glad you done as well as you did. Most of the time when you are fishing out the back of the boat and someone is in for the run it is really hard to even get close enough to get a good fish!

Sorry that the one got away but thats why its called fishing and not catching all the time.

Anyway, congrats to the nice finish.

Do you think you will fish as a boater this year or still as a non-boater?

Hope you get better real soon! That flu junk is bad this year.
