Alot of people like the Maxx series from Walmart. I think they are about as good for the money as most.

This is our quarterly "Ford/Chevy" debate but I like the Interstate batteries. Cranking or trolling.

What about those Gel batterys are they worth $200.00? anybody had experince with them?

Ive got all Deka Marine Masters in my boat and have not had a single problem to date with them. This is my second set of them and I have no complaints.

Just my $.02

I like ACDELCO BATTERIES sealed batteries cost about $120 dollars but well worth the money for my trolling motor but use walmart brand deep cycle for cranking battery about $75 dollars

i use maxx from wm to no problems here x cept when i forgot to take out my drain plug and boat filled with water. the battery i had would go to 80% charge as soon as i took it off charger. anyone here know a fix for that i still have batt just bought new one and took a old one around the house in for core?

I would PM NRG bigfish he was working on some kind of battery voodoo not to long ago. He may be able to direct you in the proper direction.

Check your specific gravity. Your acid may be diluted.
