I had the distinct pleasure of meeting with Billy Campbell of All Pro Rods today. Thanks to a few people I know, I got on as a Pro Staff Member! These rods are extremely light and sensitive, not to mention..POWERFUL. We must have went through everything they make up there. The quality and workmanship are excellent! The reps and owners are wonderful to meet and get to know. Great Bunch of guys up there!

After trying out several rod companies, All Pro just seemed the best for me. I like the strength and lightness of every rod they make. I think I've found what I need....now just to find those fish!

I picked up 5 today. 2 of the 6'10s / 1- 7'Med Hvy / 1- 7' Hvy and 1 7' Extra Hvy. If you ever get a chance to try one, try a 6'10 Med Hvy. Talk about a all around rod!

Got 2 Hats, 2 Shirts and 2 Decals.

Special Thanks goes out to: Alan Wilson (Flip of Soddy Daisy) Mike Forbis, Jason Villers, Chris Coleman, Chris Grizzle, and Wally Millsap. All these guys helped me with the questions I had and the rods I tried.

Nope you don't really have to even fish. You just have to be willing to make annoying post about how great your sponsors are anytime somebody post a question about something. Congrats though:)

I can say that my fishing this year has greatly improved with better rods. The Castaway I was using is an G- Loomis blank...not bad. Yet after using the All Pros on a few trips out, I was even more impressed.

I know you will be very pleased with your new rods Billy. AllPro makes one of the lightest and most sensitive rods I have every used and believe me I have tried them all.

emoToast emoToast congrats Billy,You will like the new rods and now you have to post more fishing reports and do like Nascar and mention your sponsor at every interview!!! emoDance

Congrats Billy! Sounds like a sweet deal! I know nothing about All Star Rods, be sure and let us know how they fish!

Its All Pro, not All Star although they are decent rods.

I need to clear up a few things here.

First off, thanks to all those that have gave me a positive feedback, here and in pms.

Secondly, I do not get free rods. I do not sell them direct. They do not pay for my entry fees. I can get you in touch with my Rep and he can handle your wants. Probably a better deal than most and a great guy.

This "Prostaff" deal was offered to me. I never asked or begged. It just came to me. BUT, I guess after doing a few of the things I have in life, with raising money for causes and helping all I can, working with children and handicap adults, volunteer work in communities ect...every now and then a reward passes by.

Its nice to know that what you give you get back....10 Fold! I think a few of my "Buddies" need to remember that line.

Thanks

You can be a Castaway staff member for like $20 or something, you get a shirt for your $20 donation and a card that says your a team member, KILLER DEAL! lol... Congrats on the achievement.

I say, "good on ya Billy." If you're happy, then what else really matters? I think you'll be a great ambassadeur for All-Pro. In the end, they're just little green fish and finding a better way to enjoy catching them is what really matters.

Lemme know when they release your signature Trophy Drum rod and I'll send someone else to buy one. ;)
