Take a rack of pork ribs and cut them into the size that you want. Put them in a pot big enough to boil them. Fill the pot about an inch or two above the ribs with Apple juice. Bring them to a boil and cover the pot. Boil them until the maet is tender but not quite falling off the bone. Remove them and let them drain on a towel. After thay have drained coat them with your favorite BBQ sauce and put them on a HOT grill. Cook them just long enough to sear the BBQ sauce into the ribs. Do not over cook them and dry them out. They are tender, juicy, and finger licking good.

i tried that with apple cider, and they didnt turn out so hot. emoVomit using strait apple juice will probly be better. i might give it another try.

Try putting a good dry rub on your ribs. Cook them in the oven at 250 for 3-1/2 hrs. You can overlay the ribs when you cook them in the oven. Next put them on the grill for about 5 min each side and baste with your favorite BBQ sauce. I also will get the grill good and smokey with some hickory chips I have presoaked and wraped in aluminum foil.
They turn out similar to what you get at O'Charlies on a very good night.

The dry rub needs to stay on the ribs overnight (8-10hrs) in the refrigerator.
