Why and I went below Chick dam Saturday morning from about 7 until noon. We wound up with 7 smallmouth over 12", 4 smallmouth under 12", 5 spots over 12" and 1 spot under 12". We also caught one redeye, 4 drum, and I snagged about a 20 lb blue cat in the tail. Whew, thought I would never get it in.

We fished with tubes and grubs, dark colors in about 15 ft of water. Most of the bites were probably between 10:00 to 11:30.

Does the corndog fall into the tube or grub catagory?

The corn dog is definitely in the tube family, unless you take one bite out of it and then it is in the chugger family

Multipurpose bait?!?!? Never thought about that. Use it as a tube and then as a topwater after you take a bite out of it. Great thinking When!!!!
