I'm working with hydrilla hawgs to organize a benefit tourney for the families of the victims of the Thursday attack on our marines and naval officer. It will be out of Chester Frost park on August 22nd. More details to come. We need donations for raffles and volunteers. Please check out my Facebook page Brian Alexander and Hydrilla Hawgs for recent updates. I can be reached at 423-285-2720. Thanks and god bless. Brian

Ok thanks! Checkout my Facebook page if y'all wouldn't mind. Brian Alexander is what it's under. Or you can check out hydrilla hawgs. We need tables, volunteers, and raffle items. Any kind of sponsorship is greatly appreciated. The time is 5:30 am till 2:00 pm but may change. Call me with any questions please, 423-285-2720

A big thanks to all the local sponsors who have stepped up and helped to make this a great event! A special thanks to Shane Frazier and The CBA! What a great bunch of folks that have already done so much! I am floored at the reaction of the people in our area, I'm not surprised at all though because we are Chattanooga Strong! Thanks to everyone involved, Brian.

I will echo what Brian said. I am absolutely floored by the response we have received for this event. I have received countless phone calls asking how can we help. A press release will be going out tomorrow with all of the details. The new website where you can sign up and also donate will be done early next week. The web address will be www.noogastrong.fish
There are going to be dozens of great items raffled off, good food, and a good payout in the event and all proceeds will go to the families of the servicemen that lost there lives defending our freedom.

CATCH is on board. We have a night tournament on Watts Bar the 21st and doubt many will fish the benefit tournament, but we will begin taking cash donations immediately. Representatives will be at weigh-in to make the donation.

Just wanted to let everyone on here know that the event has grown so big that they have had to change the tournament location to dayton boat dock.
