A neighbor who smokes excellent ribs was struggling with smoked potatoes. I took him some partially finished potatoes and told him to add them to his smoker for a couple of hours. <p style="margin-bottom: 0in">He called me a few days later and said those were some of the best potatoes ever and what had I done.</p> <p style="margin-bottom: 0in">Do This:</p> <p style="margin-bottom: 0in">1. Microwave potatoes till good and done.</p> <p style="margin-bottom: 0in">2. Put in container with plenty of bacon grease. Keep thoroughly coated as they cool enough to hold in your hand so grease is pulled into the potato skin.</p> <p style="margin-bottom: 0in">3. Put in smoker and sprinkle with Kosher salt.</p> <p style="margin-bottom: 0in">4. Call me with directions to your house.</p>
