Sorry for the late report. We started with a run down around the dam, and started fishing two small islands. We started out throwing a carolina rig and a crankbait. All of my fish except for one came on the rig. I had 3 keepers within a an hour, and then we moved to a small creek and my boater caught a good one on a buzzbait about 4lbs.After that it was pretty much over for us.We fished several good looking spots but just could'nt get anymore bites, finally I caught my last keeper at 3:00 on a buzzbait. I ended up with 4 fish that weighed a massive 5lbs 14 oz, but it was good enough for 22nd and a check so it was pretty good. looking forward to heading to wheeler.
