Sounds like they are biting better today. emoDance My ol' CBA side kick entered it with Chase and Derek said he had two over four yesterday he did not go up there to weigh in at Dayton because last year they would not have won anything. He found out last night the average weights were down and they left about $300.00 on the table with those two. Today he is sitting on one over nine pounds and another over eight pounds!!!! emoWorthy The lead as of yesterday was one over nine, he does not think their's will beat it but he was not sure. Said he plans to run up there and hit the 1,2 and 3 o'clock hour just waiting to weigh in those two. If he does that right he should win at least $2,000.00! emoThumbsup Hope he does.

Anyone else know of people we know winning yesterday? What about a link to view? I just do not know where to look. emoScratch Jmax

Dennis Tumlin from FishDayton was a 5th place finisher one hour and Jeremy Fox of Cleveland was also a 5th place finisher one hour. Don't know their weights or winnings.

Derek sent me a text at one, their smaller of the two big ones they had took 1st in the 1 o'clock hour. Still have the big one they are waiting with. emoDance Jmax

8.24 the small one??? Dang!emoApplause

His buddy weighed it in the next hour . 9.01 on Derek's scales ended up weighing 8.64 on the tournament scales . They won both hours . 2,000 bucks .

Thanks Chris, he texted me they won the 2 o'clock hour but I was not sure who weighed it in. He had a buddy fishing with him and Chase both days so there was three anglers in his boat. He told me the buddy wanted to go with them but was not a big bass angler. That was his buddy's PB. emoThumbsup

His name is William Howell. By far his biggest bass he's caught he and got to walk it on stage for a grand. He was pumped! Chase weighed in one too but got bumped out, he was bummed he didn't catch a giant this weekend but once he realized he pocketed over 600 with his share he got over it. Lol

If he had another angler in his boat that wasn't registered for the bbt then their catches shouldn't count. Its in the rule book...
Also you were supposed to weigh what you caught. Seems the bbt needs to hear about these things and tighten their rules a bit.

If you would read before shooting your mouth off, it was all legal they were all registered and the fish that his buddy weighed in his buddy caught. You have to try to start trouble where there isnt any keyboard warrior. Do you think that the BBT would let someone weigh in a fish and pay them 1000 dollars that wasnt registered wtf.

I don't know what about this says he was registered unless im reading wrong ill apologize...He told me the buddy wanted to go with them but was not a big bass angler.

What are you talking about? Of course he was registered and when did I tell you anything like that, I don't even know who you are. How could someone not registered weigh in a fish and receive a check? Again his name is listed above and his name also clearly listed int he results, he caught the fifth largest bass of the weekend. If you are referring to Jmax's post he's saying my friend is not a big time bass angler, meaning he doesn't fish all the time, does not tournament fish, not that he wasn't registered for the Big Bass tournament. Know what you are saying before you are implying someone is breaking rules or possibly cheating, and if it makes you sleep easier I took a polygraph at the weigh in yesterday along with a few others.

OH OK! Like I said if I was reading it wrong I would apologize so theres my apology. I was talking about jmaxs' post about the 3 anglers in the boat.

Wow! That suddenly went out into the Outer Limits! His buddy is not a big bass angler. He wanted to go with them.(He did, as a registered angler.) He weighed his fish in and walked across the stage. If he had not been registered they would have never let him weigh his fish in. emoScratch You read some stuff in there that was not there. emoRolleyes I will try to be more clear the next time. Sorry for the confusion. emoGrouphug Jmax
