Big butt load

I just pulled my first big load of butts off the Primo. I put 7 Boston Butts on last night over a full load of Ozark Oak lump and a tripple handfull of hickory chunks. Slow smoked for 13 hours. Foiled them and placed in a cooler to pull at 1:00. I think they will be edible. emoBigsmile

Yup! Man were these good. I also cooked three, so we had a total of ten for my church lunch today.

The best part is I got to taste the finished product. emoHungry and let me tell you it was Goooood! I missed cheez by minutes
 
Looks good. I was just talking about smoking a butt myself yesterday. I found that the Q gets better the second day after it has had time to let that smoke flavor mix in good with all the meat. Chop it up, put it in the fridge and then warm the next day, Slap your mama good.
